Krista is an Instructor/Mentor at the Institute for Community Inclusion (ICI). She brings more than 28 years of experience working with public vocational rehabilitation programs and striving to ensure people with disabilities are included as essential elements of today’s workforce. Krista began her service with the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as a student intern and served in a variety of positions including Rehabilitation Counselor for the Deaf, Human Resource and Development Specialist and Trainer, Manager of Organizational Planning and Development and Deputy Director for Field Services. Since her retirement in 2019, she has continued to provide consulting expertise in the field and is thrilled to be involved in the ICI’s Transformational Rehabilitation Leadership Training Program.
Krista graduated from the University of Arizona with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with a focus on Deafness. Go Wildcats!
